Local Warmth Kiln-Dried Hardwood Nets are a convenient way to buy premium logs in smaller quantities—ideal for topping up or occasional use.

All our logs are 100% hardwood, chosen because hardwood burns longer and gives off more heat than softwood. Each net typically contains a quality mix of oak, ash, sycamore, beech, and silver birch, carefully dried and checked so moisture levels stay around 20%–25% (with testing confirming they are below 25%). This means the logs ignite more easily, burn efficiently, and produce minimal smoke, along with that classic wood-burning aroma.

Oak and beech are naturally denser hardwoods, so they can take slightly longer to light—but once burning, they last longer and provide steady heat.

• 1 net lasts an average user around one night

• A builder’s bag lasts around one month
